Conoce la organizaci\u00f3n del trabajo por proyectos, pon en pr\u00e1ctica proyectos y haz el seguimiento y valoraci\u00f3n de estos utilizando las herramientas inform\u00e1ticas que ayudan en el control de cada fase.\/p>\n
OBJETIVO\/strong>
Formar al alumnado a nivel te\u00f3rico y pr\u00e1ctico para enfrentarse a la gesti\u00f3n de proyectos de forma general, ense\u00f1\u00e1ndole a utilizar eficientemente las herramientas inform\u00e1ticas necesarias para controlar cada una de las fases que conlleva la gesti\u00f3n de proyectos.\/p>\n
METODOLOG\u00cdA\/strong>
Se combinan t\u00e9cnicas expositivas y participativas, con especial incidencia de estas \u00faltimas.\/p>\n
– Las t\u00e9cnicas expositivas se emplear\u00e1n en la transmisi\u00f3n al grupo de conocimientos y puntos b\u00e1sicos del temario.\/p>\n
– La participaci\u00f3n grupal se provocar\u00e1 mediante la introspecci\u00f3n, el juicio cr\u00edtico y el planteamiento de dudas, puntos de vista y opiniones.\/p>\n
– Se garantizar\u00e1 la participaci\u00f3n grupal utilizando casos y ejemplos pr\u00e1cticos con aplicaci\u00f3n a situaciones reales de trabajo.\/p>\n
Este car\u00e1cter participativo de las sesiones fomenta el trabajo y el conocimiento compartido, a la vez que permite realizar un seguimiento del progreso de los participantes. El objetivo por alcanzar es que el alumnado aprenda a identificar y supervisar el perfecto uso de las diferentes t\u00e9cnicas de los trabajos.\/p>\n
